How do I know if my concrete can be repaired or needs replacement?
Concrete that has adequate residual tensile strength, sufficient cover depth over rebar, and limited carbonation depth is generally a good repair candidate. Where corrosion has progressed extensively, cover is lost over a large area, or the base slab has insufficient strength to bond to, replacement may be more cost-effective. We assess this objectively and give you both options where applicable.
Should I repair the concrete before or after applying a coating?
